Hello!
Are you going to the Airport or just the city? There’s two of us… got a flight on Sunday night. Been looking at Arugam > Ella > Colombo (train). But depends on costs to split a taxi, could be an option.

Hi Stephanie,

We are heading to the city and staying 2 more nights in Colombo before returning. Our flight is on Tuesday the 30th. So far I have an offer for an AC minivan for 160 dollars. Which is $10 cheaper than the current offer of LKR30.000 if we split it. It can take 5 persons + luggage.

Sidenote, the LKR30.000 is for a taxi that can transport only 4 people in addition to the driver. That offer was placed as a reply in this chat.

Would it be a definite 9am set off?
Just we have to be at the airport for 9pm to leave enough time for the 10.55pm flight!! I think its about an 1.5hrs to airport on public transport from Colombo.
