Hi, I came from Ella to Arugam Bay yesterday, and we payed 8000 rupees (with the owner of our homestay there). Allow me to make you a recommendation. Arugam Bay is in low season, there’s nobody here, and almost every restaurants are closed. Days are sunny, but the wind blows very strong the hole day. If I where you, I would go to another beach in the south coast.
